Account Manager — Interactive Solutions
We are looking to hire an ACCOUNT MANAGER of INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS to our team. The Account Manager will contribute ideas to the initial development of the site and is responsible for making sure the original vision of the site is present in the final product. Below are some of the related responsibilities as well as the qualifications. If you feel you are a qualified candidate, please submit your resume and salary requirements.

Responsibilities Include:

  • bullet Manage web site and interactive (i.e. touch panels) projects from start to finish, making sure all duties of other employees or contractors are completed on time to meet the clients' expectations.
      • bullet Utilize the proposal/sales document and the Creative Director to determine the needs of each project. Create a spec document that includes page layout, flow charts and functionality which will be used to develop each site.
      • bullet Conduct project kick-off/discovery meetings with the client.
      • bullet Schedule projects; utilize our task based online system to assign work to graphic designers and web developers.
      • bullet Collect client assets such as copy, images, video, etc.
      • bullet Upload copy and images into web content management systems.
      • bullet Test and review web sites; includes design review, project scope review, content review, layout, spelling, database functionality and any other aspects of any projects developed for which we are billing the client.
      • bullet Train clients on web site and how to use the content management system to manage their web site.
      • bullet Track budgets and projects' progress; follow-up with clients to make sure the projects are moving forward. Invoice clients for their original project budget and any change requests.
      • bullet Present web site functionality, designs and finished web site to client in person, via WebEx or by email. Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to present in front of a small group (less than 10).
  • bullet Manage graphic designers' and web developers' workload by rearranging task due dates based on priority.
  • bullet with the client on a regular basis to relay information in a format useful to them to answer questions and ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:
    • bullet Must have 5+ years of web site project/account management experience. We work in a CSS and .NET environment. Most web sites are complex with an integrated content management system. Most sites contain outside vendor system integration.
    • bullet Needs to be able to view each project at a macro and micro level.
    • bullet Strong attention to detail.
    • bullet Strong project management skills.
    • bullet Highly organized, capable of multitasking and flexible.
    • bullet Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload.
    • bullet Strong interpersonal skills; must be able to work effectively as part of a team.
    • bullet Strong communication, both verbally and written.

Senior Web and Flash Programmer / Developer
We have an opening (full-time) for a Senior Level Web/Flash designer with very strong visual design skills. The ideal candidate would become an integral member of our team in bringing sites and applications from storyboard to launch.

Responsibilities Include:

    • bullet Creating interface designs for Web sites and interactive media
    • bullet CSS coding for Web sites
    • bullet Browser testing
    • bullet Maintaining and further developing existing sites
    • bullet Flash design and implementation
    • bullet Introducing new technology

Requirements:
    • bullet Expert design sense; demonstrate intelligent interface design
    • bullet Strong attention to detail, testing and troubleshooting

    • bullet Experience integrating designs into dynamic, database-driven environments

Technical skills required (expert level):
    • bullet Demonstrate command of CSS, HTML, Javascript and AJAX methods
    • bullet Actionscript 2 and 3, OOP
    • bullet Strong animation skills
    • bullet Knowledge of Flash remoting, database integration, XML and Web Services
    • bullet Emphasis on RIA methodologies
    • bullet Experience integrating and troubleshooting designs brought into .NET sites
